3 Ways to Complain Less and Be Happier

“Complaining is dangerous business. It can damage or even destroy your relationship with God, your relationships with other people, and even with your relationship with yourself” (Joyce Meyer).

Your happiness, your choice! Every now and then, it’s okay to complain. However, everyday complaining is ignoring and dangerous to your success and happiness. How do you win the complaining game? Here are 3 Ways to Complain Less and Be Happier:

1. Change your thinking, change your life. Shift your thoughts from negative to positive ones. “Instead of complaining that the rose bush is full of thorns, be happy the thorn bush has roses” (Proverb).

2. Be grateful for who you are, what you have and what you will have soon.

3. Allow yourself to vent every once in a while. It’s part of balanced-living and being human.
