How committed are you in your relationships? On a scale of one to ten, where one represents no commitment and ten means that you are one hundred percent committed to those you are in relationship with, where are you?

Commitment is essential for building all relationships. It is the solid foundation for lasting relationships.  A committed relationship is an interpersonal relationship based upon a mutually agreed commitments to one another involving exclusivity, love, trust, honesty.

How to commit in your relationships:

1. Be honest.

2. Be patient.

3. Be forgiving.

Commitment is like a muscle.  The more it is used, the stronger it will get.
